Blue Macaw Creative is an Edmonton photography studio specializing in professional headshots for entrepreneurs, professionals, creatives, and teams. Their relaxed, fully guided sessions are designed to help clients look natural, confident, and approachable in front of the camera.
Project Scope
Blue Macaw Creative needed a website that felt as polished and intentional as the photography itself. The goal was to create a strong visual presence that immediately showcased the quality of the work while making the experience feel approachable for people who may not be comfortable in front of the camera.
The site also needed to clearly communicate the studio’s services, packages, process, and personality without letting the content compete with the photography. A big part of the project was creating an experience that felt modern, easy to navigate, and built around getting visitors from the portfolio to booking a session.
Project Solution
We designed and built a clean, image-first website that lets the photography do the heavy lifting. Large visuals, minimal layouts, clear typography, and simple navigation keep the focus on the portraits while giving visitors an easy way to explore services, view the gallery, compare packages, and book a session.
We also made the booking journey straightforward and kept Diana’s relaxed, personal approach at the centre of the site. The result is a professional digital presence that feels confident without being overly corporate and gives Blue Macaw Creative a stronger platform to attract individuals, entrepreneurs, and teams looking for better professional photography.
