Project Scope
Second Look Consulting needed a website that could clearly explain a service that is a little different from traditional consulting. The goal was to make the concept of a “Second Look” easy to understand while positioning the business as professional, credible, and highly experienced in hospitality and customer experience.
The site also needed to speak to several different industries, including restaurants, bars, hotels, cafés, fast-casual businesses, retail locations, and corporate operators. It was important to organize those services clearly, explain the assessment process, communicate pricing, and make booking feel simple.
Project Solution
We designed and built a polished, modern website that puts the customer experience at the centre of the story. The site walks visitors through Second Look’s process of observing, analyzing, improving, and elevating a business, while clearly breaking down each service and what owners can expect from an assessment.
We also built dedicated service pages, a streamlined booking experience, industry data and insights, and additional sections for services such as social media, reputation management, and promotions. The result is a professional digital presence that makes an unconventional service easy to understand and gives business owners a clear path from curiosity to booking their own Second Look.
