You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent to use our services. By signing up, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide during signup and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payment Terms
Services are billed monthly on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for as long as your subscription remains active.
Ad spend associated with Meta Ads management (where applicable) is separate from your monthly service fee and is billed directly by Meta or paid directly to your advertising account.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused services unless required by law.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, respond to leads generated through the system in a timely manner, and comply with all applicable laws related to your business, including advertising standards and consumer protection laws relevant to your industry.
7. SMS and Communication Consent
By using our services, you consent to receive text messages, emails, and other communications related to lead alerts, system notifications, and account updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
8. Third-Party Services
Our services rely on third-party platforms, including but not limited to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and GoHighLevel. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account restrictions imposed by these third parties that may affect service delivery.
9. Advertising Performance
We do not guarantee specific results, lead volume, or return on investment from advertising campaigns or lead generation systems. Performance depends on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, ad platform policies, and how leads are handled once received.
10. Intellectual Property
Any custom funnel, website, or creative assets built for you remain your property once paid in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing. SiteWebster retains ownership of its underlying systems, templates, software, and processes used to deliver services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteWebster is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including lost profits, lost leads, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the platform.
